Conquered

We spend so much of our lives pushing away death and all the thoughts that come with it that we forget there is also beauty in death. Like so many things in this world, death has many facets. 

The Conquered collection is a series of paintings depicting decayed species that have been appropriated by other aspects of nature. 

Each watercolor piece is window mounted and comes ready to frame. This allows you to choose a frame that best suits your tastes. Pieces done in acrylic are painted on repurposed matt board to reduce material waste. These pieces, along with prints, do not come window mounted but can be placed directly in your frame of choice.
